1960: Ceric founded by Mr. Rasse and Mr. Merienne.

 

1973: Acquisition of Fimec, automatic handling systems for the fired clay, automotive and steel industries.

 

1977: Acquisition of Hallumeca.

 

1979: Ceric Automation, automatic handling systems for tile factories and brickworks.

 

1989: Acquisition of Tecauma.

 

1994: Diversification excluding fired clay, acquisition of Adler.

 

2000: Acquisition of Rieter, preparation of raw materials.

 

2001: Acquisition of Keller, manufacture of kilns and dryers, automatic handling systems for fired clay.

 

2005: Acquisition of Morando and Alphaplâtre.

 

2006: Groupe Ceric joins Groupe Legris Industries.

 

2007: Groupe Ceric becomes Keyria, the new division of Groupe Legris Industries.
